1. Who We Are

Senivly is an independent senior living and home safety resource published at senivly.com. The website is owned, operated, and edited by Borni Franklin, a sole proprietor and independent digital publisher. Senivly is not a corporation, partnership, LLC, or registered business entity. It is a one-person editorial operation dedicated to publishing honest, practical, non-clinical content for seniors and their families.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Senivly,” “I,” “me,” and “my” all refer to Borni Franklin as the data controller for information collected through senivly.com. “You” and “your” refer to any person who visits, browses, reads, subscribes to, or otherwise uses Senivly in any capacity.

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to information collected through senivly.com. It does not apply to any third-party websites, platforms, services, or applications that may be linked to from Senivly, including but not limited to product retailers, affiliate partners, social media platforms, or external reference sources. Those platforms operate under their own independent privacy policies.

You may also visit the Contact page or review the About page to learn more about who runs this site.

2. Information We Collect

Senivly collects two broad categories of information: information you provide directly and information collected automatically through your use of the website. Below is a detailed breakdown of each.

A. Information You Provide Directly

You may choose to provide personal information to Senivly voluntarily in the following situations:

  • Email newsletter subscription: If you subscribe to the Senivly newsletter, I collect your email address and, optionally, your first name. This information is used solely to send you the newsletter and related editorial updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Contact form submissions: If you use the contact form or email me directly at hello@senivly.com, I collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
  • Comment and testimonial submissions: If you submit a comment, testimonial, or reader story through a form on Senivly, I collect your name, email address, general location (optional), and the content of your submission. Submitted testimonials are reviewed before publication and may be edited for length or clarity. Email addresses used for submissions are never published publicly.
  • Tool usage inputs: Senivly offers free interactive tools including a Home Modification Cost Calculator, a Medical Alert System Comparison Tool, and a Home Safety Checklist. These tools are client-side only — any inputs you enter into them are processed entirely within your own browser and are never transmitted to or stored by Senivly’s servers.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit Senivly, certain information is collected automatically by the web server, analytics platforms, and third-party services embedded in the site. This typically includes:

  • IP address: Your Internet Protocol (IP) address is logged automatically by the web server. This is a numerical label assigned to your device by your internet service provider and can indicate your approximate geographic region (city or country level). Senivly does not use IP addresses to identify individual users personally.
  • Browser and device information: The type of browser you are using (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari), the operating system on your device, screen resolution, and device type (desktop, tablet, mobile) are recorded by analytics software. This helps me understand how the site is accessed and optimize it accordingly.
  • Referring URL and navigation data: If you arrived at Senivly by clicking a link on another website, the address of that website (the referring URL) may be recorded. Pages you visit within Senivly, the order in which you visit them, time spent on pages, and scroll depth may also be tracked for analytics purposes.
  • Search queries: If you use any internal search functionality on Senivly, your search terms may be logged to help improve site content and navigation.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies: Senivly and third-party services embedded within it use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and local storage to recognize returning visitors, measure site performance, and deliver relevant advertising. These are explained in full detail in Section 4 below.

None of the automatically collected information listed above is, on its own, sufficient to identify you as a named individual. However, when combined with other data — particularly cookies linked to advertising networks — it may constitute personal data under applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through Senivly is used only for the following legitimate purposes:

  • To operate and maintain the website: Basic server-side data is used to serve pages, ensure technical stability, diagnose errors, and maintain site security.
  • To understand how the site is used: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data is used to understand which content is most useful to readers, how visitors navigate the site, and where improvements can be made.
  • To send editorial newsletters: If you subscribed to the Senivly newsletter, your email address is used to send regular editorial updates, new article announcements, and senior living tips. I do not send promotional emails on behalf of third-party brands.
  • To respond to your messages: If you contact me through the contact form or by email, your information is used exclusively to respond to your specific enquiry. It is not added to any marketing list without your explicit consent.
  • To review and publish reader submissions: Comments and testimonials submitted through site forms are reviewed and, where approved, may be published on Senivly. Email addresses provided with submissions are used only for editorial communication and are never published or shared.
  • To display advertising: Senivly may use Google AdSense or similar advertising platforms to display advertisements on the site. These platforms use cookies and your browsing data to serve contextually or behaviourally relevant ads. See Section 6 for full details.
  • To process affiliate referrals: When you click an affiliate link on Senivly and make a purchase, the affiliate platform may share limited transaction data with me for commission tracking purposes. See Section 7 for full details.
  • To comply with legal obligations: In limited circumstances, I may be required to retain or disclose certain information to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request.

I do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. I do not build individual user profiles for the purpose of selling targeted advertising directly. Any advertising data processing described in this policy is handled by third-party platforms (such as Google) under their own terms, not by Senivly directly.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Senivly uses cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies allow the website to recognize your device on return visits, remember preferences, and measure how the site is used. They do not give the website access to your device or any personal files on it.

For a full breakdown of every cookie used on Senivly, including their names, categories, providers, durations, and purposes, please read the dedicated Cookie Policy. The information below provides a summary of cookie categories used on this site.

Types of Cookies Used on Senivly

Strictly Necessary

Required for the website to function. These cannot be disabled. They include session cookies that maintain your visit, security tokens, and cookies that remember your cookie consent preference.

Always Active

Analytics & Performance

Help understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, time on site, bounce rate, and traffic sources. Data is aggregated and anonymized where possible. Primarily set by Google Analytics.

Consent Required

Advertising & Targeting

Set by Google AdSense and partner networks to serve relevant advertisements and measure ad performance. These cookies track browsing behaviour across websites to build interest profiles used for ad targeting.

Consent Required

Affiliate & Referral Tracking

When you click an affiliate link on Senivly, a cookie is placed by the affiliate platform (e.g., Amazon Associates) to track whether a qualifying purchase is made within the cookie window. This cookie is set on the retailer’s domain, not Senivly’s.

Third-Party

How to Control Cookies

You have several options for controlling cookies:

  • Cookie consent banner: When you first visit Senivly, a cookie consent notice will allow you to accept or reject non-essential cookie categories before they are set.
  • Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies through their settings menu. Blocking all cookies will affect site functionality. Instructions vary by browser — consult your browser’s help documentation for guidance.
  • Google Ads settings: You can opt out of personalized advertising served by Google by visiting adssettings.google.com or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
  • Network Advertising Initiative (NAI): Visit optout.networkadvertising.org to opt out of interest-based advertising from NAI member companies.
  • Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA): Visit optout.aboutads.info to manage your advertising preferences across DAA member platforms.

For complete details about every specific cookie on this site including duration, provider, and opt-out method, please refer to the full Cookie Policy.

5. Third-Party Services & External Links

Senivly contains links to external websites, including product retailers, reference sources, affiliate partners, and informational organizations such as the CDC, AARP, and NIH. When you click a link that takes you away from senivly.com, you are entering a third-party website that operates entirely under its own privacy policy and terms of service. Senivly has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, security, or data handling of any third-party website.

I strongly encourage you to review the privacy policy of every external site you visit, particularly before providing any personal or financial information to them.

Third-Party Services Embedded in Senivly

The following third-party services may be active on senivly.com and may independently collect data about your visit:

  • Google Analytics — website traffic analytics. Collects anonymized usage data including pages viewed, session duration, and device/browser type. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google AdSense — advertising platform that may serve targeted or contextual advertisements. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising data practices. See Section 6 for full details.
  • Amazon Associates — affiliate program through which product links may be included in articles. When you click an Amazon affiliate link, Amazon may place cookies on your device. Governed by the Amazon Privacy Notice.
  • Email service provider — if you subscribe to the Senivly newsletter, your email address is stored with a third-party email delivery platform. That platform processes your email address in accordance with its own privacy policy, which I will reference in the newsletter subscription confirmation email.
  • WordPress / Hosting provider — Senivly is built on WordPress. The hosting provider’s infrastructure processes server-level data including IP addresses and request logs. These are subject to the hosting provider’s data processing agreement.
  • Social sharing buttons or embeds (if present): If social media sharing buttons or embeds are present on any page, those platforms may collect data about your visit even if you do not click them. Each such platform has its own data collection practices and privacy policy.

Senivly does not control how these third-party services use the data they collect. Where required by law, your consent is sought before these services are activated on your device.

6. Advertising — Google AdSense

Senivly may use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements on this website. The inclusion of AdSense advertising is subject to change — some pages or periods may carry advertising, while others may not. The presence of advertising on any given page does not indicate endorsement of the advertised product or service by Senivly or by Borni Franklin.

When Google AdSense is active on a page, Google may use cookies and web beacons to collect information about your visits to Senivly and other websites in order to show you advertisements that are relevant to your interests. This is known as interest-based or behavioural advertising. The data Google uses for this purpose includes your browsing history across websites that use Google’s advertising services, your approximate geographic location, the device and browser you are using, and your interactions with previous advertisements.

Senivly does not control which specific advertisements Google AdSense displays, nor does Senivly have access to the individual-level data that Google collects for advertising purposes. Google operates its advertising data practices entirely under its own privacy policy and terms of service. Senivly receives only aggregate, anonymized reporting on ad performance.

Your options regarding Google advertising:

Senivly complies with Google AdSense program policies. No advertising content on this site is directed at children under 13. No advertising is used in a way designed to deceive readers about its commercial nature — all paid advertising units are visually distinguishable from editorial content.

7. Affiliate Programs & Commission Disclosure

Senivly participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means that some of the links in articles, product guides, comparison pages, and tool recommendations are affiliate links — meaning if you click a link and subsequently purchase a product or service, Senivly may receive a small commission from the seller at no additional cost to you whatsoever.

These affiliate arrangements help support the cost of running this website — hosting, tools, research time, and content production. Without them, free access to Senivly’s guides, tools, and comparisons would not be sustainable.

How Affiliate Links Work Technically

When you click an affiliate link on Senivly, your browser is redirected to the third-party retailer’s website with a unique tracking code embedded in the URL. The retailer’s platform places a cookie on your browser that identifies the referral as coming from Senivly. If you complete a qualifying purchase within the cookie duration window (which varies by platform — typically 24 hours for Amazon, up to 30 days for other programs), Senivly receives a commission based on the sale value.

The affiliate cookie is placed on the retailer’s domain — not on senivly.com — and is governed entirely by the retailer’s own privacy policy. Senivly does not receive any personal information about you as part of this process. Commission reports provided by affiliate platforms include only transaction amounts, product categories, and dates — never individual customer names, addresses, or payment details.

Affiliate Programs Currently or Potentially Active

  • Amazon Associates: Senivly is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.
  • Other retail and brand affiliate programs: Senivly may participate in affiliate programs run directly by brands in the medical alert, home safety, senior technology, and lifestyle product categories. Each such relationship is governed by the relevant brand’s affiliate terms.
  • ShareASale, Commission Junction (CJ), Impact, or similar affiliate networks: Senivly may join affiliate networks that connect publishers with multiple brands. Transactions through these networks are governed by the respective network’s terms and the individual advertiser’s policies.

Important editorial commitment regarding affiliates:

The existence of an affiliate relationship with a brand or product does not influence the editorial assessment of that product on Senivly. Products are recommended because they are genuinely considered to be good choices for the reader — not because they generate higher commissions. Where a product is not recommended, it will not be featured in a “best of” or recommendation position regardless of whether an affiliate program exists for it. Senivly’s editorial standards are detailed in full on the Editorial Policy page.

In compliance with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255), affiliate relationships are disclosed clearly on every page or article that contains affiliate links. Disclosure notices appear at the top of relevant articles and are not buried in fine print.

8. Analytics & Performance Tracking

Senivly uses Google Analytics to measure website traffic and understand how readers interact with the site. Google Analytics collects data such as: the number of visitors, pages viewed per session, average session duration, bounce rate, geographic location at country and city level, traffic source (search engine, direct, social media, referring site), browser and device type, and operating system.

This data is used to understand which content is most useful to readers, identify technical issues, improve site navigation, and prioritize future content topics. Analytics data is reviewed in aggregate — I do not examine the behaviour of individual users on a session-by-session basis.

Google Analytics data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Google may process this data on servers located outside your country of residence. Where IP anonymization is supported, it is enabled on Senivly’s Google Analytics configuration to reduce the precision of location data collected.

To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

9. Email & Newsletter Subscriptions

Senivly may operate an editorial newsletter delivered by email. If you choose to subscribe, you are providing your email address and optionally your first name for the sole purpose of receiving that newsletter. Subscription is entirely voluntary and you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive or by emailing hello@senivly.com with an unsubscribe request.

Your email address will never be shared with third-party companies for their own marketing or advertising purposes. Senivly does not send unsolicited email (spam). All newsletter subscribers have affirmatively opted in. Email open rates and click rates may be tracked by the email service provider to measure newsletter performance — this data is used only to improve the newsletter and is not shared with advertisers.

Upon unsubscribing, your email address will be removed from the active mailing list. Residual copies may remain in backup archives for a limited period before complete deletion. If you request complete deletion of your email data, please contact hello@senivly.com and I will process your request promptly.

10. Comments, Forms & User Submissions

If Senivly offers comment sections, testimonial submission forms, or reader story submission forms, the following applies to any information you provide through them:

  • Name: A display name you provide may be published publicly alongside your comment or testimonial if it is approved. You are not required to use your real name.
  • Email address: An email address is required to submit comments or testimonials for anti-spam and editorial communication purposes. It is never published publicly and is never shared with third parties.
  • Location: If you voluntarily provide a city or state as part of your submission, this may be published publicly alongside approved testimonials to add context (e.g., “Phoenix, AZ”). Country-level location only.
  • IP address: IP addresses associated with comment submissions are logged by the server for spam prevention purposes. They are not published and are not shared with third parties except where required to prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.
  • Content of submissions: Approved comments or testimonials are stored in the website database and may be displayed publicly on the site indefinitely unless you request their removal. I reserve the right to edit submissions for length, clarity, grammar, or to remove content that violates Senivly’s editorial standards.

To request the removal of a published comment or testimonial attributed to you, please contact hello@senivly.com with your request. Removal requests are processed within a reasonable time.

11. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Senivly does not sell, rent, or trade your personally identifiable information to third parties. The following limited circumstances represent the only situations in which data may be shared with parties other than you and Senivly:

  • Service providers (data processors): Third-party companies that help operate this website — including the hosting provider, email delivery platform, analytics provider, and advertising networks — may have limited access to certain data as necessary to perform their services. These providers are contractually required to use data only for the purposes for which it was shared and to maintain appropriate security standards.
  • Legal requirements: I may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if I believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Senivly, its readers, or the public.
  • Business transfer: In the unlikely event that Senivly is sold, acquired, or transferred to another operator, user data held by Senivly may be included in that transfer. In such an event, subscribers and users would be notified by email where possible before their data is transferred to a new operator with materially different privacy practices.
  • With your explicit consent: In any situation not covered above, data would only be shared with a third party if you have given clear, informed, and specific consent to that sharing.

12. Data Retention

Senivly retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

  • Email newsletter subscriptions: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Deleted within 90 days of confirmed unsubscription, unless a longer retention is required by the email service provider’s own data retention terms.
  • Contact form submissions: Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months to maintain a record of reader communication and to reference in the event of follow-up enquiries. Older messages are periodically deleted.
  • Published comments and testimonials: Retained indefinitely as part of the site’s published content unless you request removal. Associated email addresses and IP addresses are retained in the database for as long as the submission is stored.
  • Server logs (IP addresses, access records): Typically retained by the hosting provider for 30–90 days for security and diagnostic purposes, after which they are overwritten or deleted.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics data retention is set to the minimum available period within Google Analytics settings. Aggregate anonymized data may be retained for longer for trend analysis.
  • Affiliate transaction records: Commission and transaction data received from affiliate platforms is retained for as long as required to manage earnings records and comply with tax reporting obligations — typically 7 years.

13. Data Security

I take reasonable precautions to protect the data collected through Senivly from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Security measures in place include:

  • HTTPS encryption: Senivly is served over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption) to protect data transmitted between your browser and the server.
  • Strong authentication: Administrative access to the website and associated accounts is protected by strong passwords and, where available, two-factor authentication.
  • Regular software updates: The WordPress installation, theme, and all plugins are kept updated to minimize vulnerability to known security exploits.
  • Limited data collection: Senivly minimizes data collection by design — the less personal data collected, the lower the risk of a harmful breach.
  • Reputable service providers: Third-party service providers (hosting, email, analytics) are selected in part based on their own security standards and compliance records.

However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While I strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, I cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, I will notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable law.

14. Children’s Privacy

Senivly is intended for adults and is specifically designed for seniors aged 60 and above, their adult children, and family caregivers. This website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The content on Senivly covers senior living, home safety, and adult lifestyle topics and is not of interest to minors.

If I become aware that I have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent, I will take prompt steps to delete that information from my records. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Senivly, please contact me immediately at hello@senivly.com.

Senivly complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Regardless of where you are located, Senivly respects your right to make informed choices about your personal data. You have the following rights in relation to any personal information Senivly holds about you:

  • Right to access: You may request a copy of the personal data Senivly holds about you at any time.
  • Right to correction: If personal data held about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected.
  • Right to deletion: You may request that personal data held about you be deleted. Requests will be processed promptly subject to any legal obligations to retain certain data (e.g., tax records).
  • Right to withdraw consent: Where data processing is based on your consent (e.g., newsletter subscription), you may withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting hello@senivly.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
  • Right to object: You may object to certain types of data processing, including direct marketing and interest-based profiling by third-party advertising platforms.
  • Right to data portability: Where technically feasible, you may request that data you have provided be transferred to you or to another service in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Right to lodge a complaint: If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

To exercise any of these rights, contact me at hello@senivly.com with a clear description of your request. I will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days or notify you if a longer period is required.

16. California Residents — CCPA Rights

If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grants you specific rights regarding your personal information. This section supplements the general rights described in Section 15 and applies specifically to California residents.

Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the past 12 months, Senivly has collected the following categories of personal information as described in the CCPA:

  • Identifiers (e.g., email address, IP address)
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., browsing history on senivly.com, pages viewed)
  • Geolocation data (approximate, at city/region level via analytics)
  • Inferences drawn from the above to understand your preferences (by third-party advertising platforms, not Senivly directly)

Your CCPA Rights

  • Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you in the past 12 months.
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: Senivly does not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, sharing data with Google for advertising purposes may constitute “sharing” under CCPA. You may opt out of this by using the Google Ads opt-out tools described in Section 6, or by adjusting your cookie preferences through the consent banner.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: Senivly will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights. You will not be denied services, charged different prices, or provided a different quality of service.

To submit a CCPA request, contact hello@senivly.com with the subject line “CCPA Privacy Request.” I will respond within 45 days as required by the CCPA. Requests may be submitted once per 12-month period.

17. EEA & UK Residents — GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and/or the UK GDPR applies to the processing of your personal data.

Legal Basis for Processing

Senivly processes personal data under the following lawful bases:

  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): For newsletter subscriptions, non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising), and testimonial publication.
  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): For server log data, security monitoring, fraud prevention, and improving the website’s functionality. Legitimate interests are balanced against your rights and do not override them.
  • Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): Where processing is required to comply with applicable law.

International Data Transfers

Senivly’s hosting infrastructure and some third-party service providers (including Google) are based in the United States. If you are located in the EEA or UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. Such transfers are made on the basis of appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission, or the UK equivalent.

You have the right to request a copy of the safeguards used for such transfers by contacting hello@senivly.com.

Your GDPR Rights

In addition to the general rights described in Section 15, if you are located in the EEA or UK you have the following rights under the GDPR:

  • Right of access (Article 15): Obtain confirmation of whether your personal data is being processed, and access to that data along with information about how it is used.
  • Right to rectification (Article 16): Have inaccurate personal data corrected or completed if incomplete.
  • Right to erasure (Article 17): Request deletion of your personal data, sometimes referred to as the “right to be forgotten,” subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Right to restrict processing (Article 18): Request that processing of your data be limited in certain circumstances, such as while a dispute about its accuracy is resolved.
  • Right to data portability (Article 20): Receive personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and transmit it to another controller.
  • Right to object (Article 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling for advertising purposes, at any time.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: If you believe Senivly’s processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your EU member state of residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement, or with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are in the UK.

To exercise any GDPR right, contact hello@senivly.com. As Senivly is operated by a single individual rather than a registered company, there is no separate Data Protection Officer (DPO); all privacy requests are handled personally by Borni Franklin as the data controller.

18. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the information collected, how it is used, legal or regulatory requirements, or changes to the third-party services used on Senivly (such as the addition of Google AdSense or new affiliate partnerships).

When this policy is updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes — such as a new category of data being collected, or a significant change in how data is shared with third parties — I will make a reasonable effort to provide more prominent notice, which may include a notice on the homepage or an email to newsletter subscribers where appropriate.

Your continued use of Senivly after any changes to this Privacy Policy take effect constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy. I encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how your information is protected.

19. Contact & Privacy Requests

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or how your personal information is handled on Senivly, please get in touch. As the sole operator of this site, I personally review and respond to all privacy-related correspondence.

Privacy Overview

This website uses cookies so that we can provide you with the best user experience possible. Cookie information is stored in your browser and performs functions such as recognising you when you return to our website and helping our team to understand which sections of the website you find most interesting and useful.
